The first living creature in space was a dog - the Soviet Laika flew into space in 1957. Alfie takes up the baton and continues this tradition - with a smile, a space suit, and a flag with a paw print. Dogs have hearing about 18 times sharper than humans and can sense earthquakes much better - because every dog is a born astronaut.
